LabourWare is pleased to announce the BCIT Faculty Staff Association has chosen the LabourWare.net platform to manage it’s Membership, Issues and Grievances. LabourWare will be building a new Bargaining Proposals Module which will be added to our already robust feature set.  This module will help organize and and keep track of potential Bargaining proposals as well as managaing the never ending stream of Leters or Memorandums of Undersatnding.

We are also working on the ability to “Localize” our database in a more custom fashion for our clients, and a Localized version for Faculty Staff Associations will be our first such customization.  We look forward to the challenges and opportunities these new upgrades will offer – and as always all our existing clients will benefit from these updates and upgrades.
